RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without prior return request approval will not be accepted. Please note that shipping may take longer if your country of residence is not France.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at thehustler@contact.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
